House Rules:
Check in time:3pm

Self check in and out.

1.Do not wear shoes in the house.
2.This is strictly non -smoking property, you may smoke smoke at the lobby. Guest are responsible for all costs damages and liabilities caused by smoking.
3.Kindly off lights, fan, aircons and all electrical appliances when not using it or leaving the house, Ensure that main door is shut properly,
4.All keys or access card must return upon check out.
5. Loss of keys or access card will incur an RM200 replacement fee.
6.Only light cooking is allowed.
7.Party is not allowed.
8.Hope everyone position your stay like your own home instead as a hotel although cleaning service was done and things are too nice to be taken away or broken.
9.Bank in Security deposit RM200 one day before check in, it will be return back when everything in order.
10.For monthly rental, you need to pay electricity and water, bank in Utility Deposit RM200 one day before check in. Electricity and water bill will be deducted from utility deposit, if not sufficient ,guest required to bank in the balance
11.Cleaning fee RM70 per stay
